🧶 About Inspiration

Sometimes, inspiration comes from the most unexpected places

— a sunset, a quiet street, or even an old photo you find by accident. During the pandemic, when the world stood still and we were all locked at home, I started a little project called “Yarn Journeys.”

For every colorway of yarn, I searched for a photograph of a real place in the world that looked just like it. A turquoise skein reminded me of Santorini, a warm coral shade — of Marrakech at sunset, and misty gray tones — of the streets of London in the rain.

It was our way to travel through colors when we couldn’t go anywhere. 🌏✨
